EnterpriseVal pilot cuts estimated document-refinement time at global bank

Researchers presented EnterpriseVal, a proposed system for deciding whether a specific generative-AI workflow should be rejected, conditionally deployed or scaled. In a pilot at a global bank, estimated analyst refinement time for procedure transformation fell from 27.4 to 2.9 hours per document. The system freezes the model, prompts, retrieval, tools, safeguards and human oversight under evaluation, then applies metrics covering fidelity, utility, efficiency, reliability and assurance. Its credit-memo pilot recorded 88% citation precision and a 1.6% hallucination rate for the best model. The paper separates these pilot findings from its proposed framework and hypotheses requiring further validation.
