Anycubic secures Thingiverse partnership for multicolor printing files

Thingiverse Partners with Anycubic Image: Primary
Anycubic has announced an exclusive partnership with Thingiverse to distribute selected 3D printing models through its MakerOnline platform. The program will launch on November 17, with Anycubic converting participating models into 3MF files prepared for multicolor printing on compatible printers. Thingiverse CEO Romain Kidd said designers must opt into the program. Both companies say existing Creative Commons and Non-Commercial licensing terms will remain intact across converted files. Thingiverse remains part of MyMiniFactory; the agreement gives Anycubic permission to share files rather than ownership of the repository.
