Amazon blocks Meta's Muse shopping agent from Amazon.com

Amazon says it cut off Meta's Muse AI assistant from accessing Amazon.com to shop for customers. The marketplace operator cited violations of its terms of service, security risks and a lack of merchant consent. The block prevents Muse from completing purchases on users' behalf through Amazon, limiting the new agent's reach into a major commerce platform.
