Four startups have joined CO.LAB Q's first 12-month commercialization cohort in Chattanooga, gaining access to quantum computing infrastructure, technical expertise and potential customers, Hoodline reports. The program began this month after being announced in August. Quantinuum will provide access to trapped-ion quantum computers and software tools, while EPB provides access to a local quantum network. The cohort includes Ridge Quantum, SuperQuantum, Esoteriq and Kottackal. Their planned work spans encryption, quantum software, data preparation and asset monitoring. Ridge Quantum will validate deployment on EPB's network; Kottackal will work toward an asset-monitoring pilot with regional energy and industrial partners.
