PwC and Cohere announce enterprise AI alliance starting in Canada

PwC and Cohere announce enterprise AI alliance starting in Canada Image: Primary
PwC and Cohere announced a global alliance to sell enterprise AI to large organisations, beginning in Canada. Cohere will supply its models and platform for AI agents, while PwC will provide consulting. The partners gave no client, contract value or timetable beyond the initial Canadian market. The alliance comes as Cohere's combination with Germany's Aleph Alpha awaits closing. Cohere shareholders would own roughly 90% of the combined company. Europe's draft sovereignty rules tie the highest tier to EU ownership and control, leaving the company's eligibility for that tier unresolved.
