Affle signs approximately $420 million cash deal for Perion

Affle 3i to acquire Israel's Perion Network for $420 million in all-cash deal - CNBC TV18 Image: Primary
Affle 3i said on November 1 that its Israeli subsidiary signed an agreement to acquire advertising technology company Perion Network for an implied equity value of approximately $420 million. Perion shareholders would receive $11.70 per share in cash. The deal would combine Perion's retail media, connected television and digital outdoor advertising platform with Affle's mobile marketing business. Affle plans to use committed bank financing and available cash resources. Both boards approved the transaction, which is expected to close in early 2027. Regulatory clearances and Perion shareholder approval remain required, and Perion has a go-shop period to seek alternative offers.
