LIS Technologies files for IPO to develop laser uranium enrichment

LIS Technologies filed an SEC registration statement on October 26 for an initial public offering of 2,833,334 common shares at an anticipated price of $5.00 to $7.00 per share. The early-stage company develops laser-based technology to enrich uranium for nuclear fuel. LIS has applied to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol LIS and says it will not complete the offering without listing approval. Its Tennessee license authorizes certain laboratory-scale activities involving radioactive materials. A uranium hexafluoride cylinder reached its Oak Ridge test facility in October 2026, with experiments expected to begin before the end of 2026. Commercial production remains subject to regulatory approvals and development of commercial-scale operations.
