Anthropic adds nonprofit plugins to eligible Claude subscriptions

Anthropic adds nonprofit plugins to eligible Claude subscriptions Image: Primary
Anthropic announced dedicated Claude plugins on October 26 for verified nonprofits with Team or Enterprise subscriptions, available automatically at no additional cost. Developed with approximately 30 nonprofit organizations, the plugins combine task instructions and connections to information sources for fundraising, recruitment, board materials and organizational operations. The fundraising tools cover prospective donor research, proposal drafting and relationship management. An organizational map uses Claude's memory and connected information to identify responsibilities, while policy checks support AI governance. Organizations must manage the accuracy, viewing permissions and update frequency of connected data; access to the plugins still requires an eligible paid subscription.
