NASA adds three Crew Dragon missions in $946 million SpaceX contract change

NASA awarded SpaceX a $946 million contract modification for three additional astronaut missions to the International Space Station: Crew-15, Crew-16 and Crew-17. The agreement covers launch preparation, flight, cargo transport, return and recovery, with readiness dates in 2027 and 2028 and a contract period through 2030. The modification raises SpaceX's contracted crew-mission total to 17 and the Commercial Crew Transportation Capability contract value to $5.92 billion.
