Oura seeks up to $2.2 billion in U.S. IPO Image: Primary
Smart-ring maker Oura began its U.S. initial public offering roadshow, seeking to sell 50 million shares at $40 to $44 each and raise as much as $2.2 billion. Pricing at the top of the range would give the company a fully diluted value of approximately $15.62 billion, with Nasdaq trading expected under the symbol OURA after pricing next week. Oura reported $1.21 billion in revenue for the nine months ended June 30, up 74% year over year, alongside a $924 million net loss. Indications of interest from Eli Lilly and Dragoneer are not binding commitments.
