Iambic Therapeutics files for Nasdaq IPO

AI-assisted drug developer Iambic Therapeutics filed for an initial public offering and applied to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol IAM. The preliminary prospectus does not specify the number of shares, price range or expected proceeds. Iambic combines predictive AI models with automated chemistry and biology experiments to select and optimize drug candidates. Its lead program, IAM1363, is in a Phase 1/1b trial for HER2-altered solid tumors, while two other programs remain preclinical. The company cautioned that its platform has not produced an approved drug.
