Google has made file editing inside Gemini chats available to all users, The Verge reports. Users can generate, preview and edit PDFs, Google Docs, Google Sheets, slide decks, Markdown, text and code files without leaving the app. Google says users can expand documents for full-screen editing and highlight content to request changes, including turning a table into a graph. PDF previews and editing work on the web and mobile; the other file formats are limited to the web version.
