PCB Technologies announced an agreement to acquire Silicon Valley circuit-board manufacturer Gorilla Circuits at an enterprise value of $120 million. The Israeli company expects the purchase to establish a U.S. manufacturing base and expand its North American presence. Gorilla provides circuit-board fabrication and electronic card assembly services. Its fiscal 2025 revenue rose to $91.9 million from $69.4 million the previous year. PCB Technologies plans to finance the acquisition through credit facilities from two Israeli banks. Closing is expected within eight months, subject to customary conditions.
