Callosum raises $100 million seed round for AI workload-routing software
Image: Primary London-based AI infrastructure startup Callosum has raised $100 million in seed funding led by Atomico, with Plural, DCVC and the UK's Sovereign AI fund participating, according to TechJuice. The company develops software intended to match AI tasks with lower-cost suitable models and chips rather than route every workload to flagship hardware. TechJuice says the UK fund's participation is its first disclosed investment. Callosum plans to scale its systems software, expand engineering internationally and accelerate deployment of programmable multi-chip networks.
