Oracle revealed plans on November 2 to raise $20 billion through $10 billion in common stock and $10 billion in floating-rate senior notes, DCD reported. The offerings join financing plans from Amazon, Microsoft and Google as the cloud providers fund infrastructure expansion. Amazon disclosed a supplier financing facility of up to approximately $80 billion for technology infrastructure purchases, available between Q1 2027 and Q3 2028. Microsoft plans $25 billion in bonds, while Google is offering €6bn ($6.7bn) in bonds. Oracle said proceeds could support capital expenditure, debt repayment, investments, acquisitions and shareholder payments. Its offerings are conditional on completion, and the proceeds are designated for general corporate purposes.
