Atlassian introduces Insights app to connect business data with work and agents

Atlassian introduces Insights app to connect business data with work and agents Image: Primary
Atlassian introduced Insights, an evolution of its Analytics app that adds business metrics, definitions and data provenance to its Teamwork Graph. The company says teams and AI agents can reuse those definitions in answers and dashboards alongside existing work and knowledge context. Data teams can curate a catalog and business glossary with named owners, while answers show where figures came from and how current they are. Rovo Insights supports questions in plain language within the app and through a skill across Atlassian apps. Connections to warehouses, databases, pipelines and visualization tools bring metadata into the graph without copying every row.
