Accenture and Anthropic reportedly commit $2 billion to AI safety partnership

Accenture and Anthropic reportedly commit $2 billion to AI safety partnership Image: Primary
Accenture and Anthropic have agreed to commit at least $1 billion each over five years to an AI safety partnership, according to reports cited by Ad Hoc News. Dedicated evaluators will work alongside Anthropic staff to test Claude models, conduct alignment assessments and probe safeguards before enterprise deployment. Accenture shares were indicated roughly 6% higher in U.S. premarket trading following the announcement. Guggenheim reportedly maintained a Neutral rating, saying the partnership was strategically sensible but too small by itself to change the firm's near-term estimates.
