Vercel opens MCP event subscriptions to apps and agents in public beta

Vercel opens MCP event subscriptions to apps and agents in public beta Image: Primary
Vercel says Connect now lets apps and agents subscribe to events from compatible Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers in public beta. These events can trigger tasks such as summarizing new messages, reviewing newly created issues or responding to document feedback. Connect creates and automatically renews subscriptions, verifies server webhooks and forwards events to applications through authenticated delivery. Developers can also expose event discovery and subscription functions as agent tools. In eve, enabling events on an MCP connection lets agents discover available events and create, inspect or stop subscriptions.
