Cashlin files for $1,000,000 public share offering

Cashlin filed an S-1 registration statement on October 15 proposing to sell 10,000,000 common shares at $0.10 each. The company provides software that helps online supplement subscription brands plan inventory reorders. It would use proceeds for platform development, sales and marketing, repayment of a $3,000 founder loan balance, and working capital. The self-underwritten offering would run for 12 months, with no minimum sale or escrow arrangement. Cashlin cannot sell the securities until the registration statement becomes effective. Its revenue depends on three customer contracts expiring in June 2027, and no public market exists for its shares.
