UiPath makes Cartographer available to map enterprise workflows
Image: Primary UiPath has made Cartographer available, introducing a tool that builds a map of how work is done inside an organization. At the company's FUSION conference, CEO Daniel Dines said it can use process diagrams, documents and recorded expert actions to assemble an initial map for automation projects.
UiPath says coding agents can build automations from that map, while human corrections and new exceptions feed back into it. The company also says its coding agents are now generally available. Dines described the first map as incomplete, and a customer at the event said its bank plans to test Cartographer rather than deploy it immediately.
