Meta shipped 3.4 million AI glasses in the first half of 2026, giving it 81.3% of global shipments, according to Omdia figures reported by The Next Web. The research firm counted 4.2 million pairs shipped worldwide during the period. Even Realities ranked second with 102,000 units and a 2.4% share, selling glasses without a camera or speakers. Omdia said first-half shipments were below the 6.5 million recorded in the second half of 2025. The figures measure shipments, rather than sales to consumers.
