The company says it has resolved some tickets for $0.20 to $0.30 each. The bot connects to ticketing and issue-tracking systems, investigates incoming requests and can respond to customers or handle refunds under defined instructions. xAI initially required human approval for every write action, then let the bot answer simpler tickets directly after review. The staffing and cost figures are the company's own account of its support operation.
