Jio plans overseas sales of its proprietary network technology Image: Primary
Jio Platforms plans to sell its in-house network software and equipment to overseas operators, according to listing documents reported by The Hindu BusinessLine. The Reliance Industries subsidiary lists international expansion as a growth strategy ahead of its IPO, offering technology it built for its own network. The proposed offering includes cloud-native radio networks, a 5G core, billing and operations software, fixed wireless products and AI-based network automation for operator upgrades and broadband expansion. The filing gives no revenue figures for such sales. India accounted for 96.62% of revenue from operations in the year to March 2026.
