Google says Beam units are shipping to customers in the U.S., Canada, U.K., France, Germany and Japan through a network of 18 channel partners. The enterprise meeting system, delivered as HP Dimension with Google Beam, works with Google Meet and Zoom. Google also announced an extended access network with workspace operator Industrious. Starting in October, people will be able to book Beam at select U.S. locations in Atlanta, Chicago, New York City and Palo Alto. Google's reported improvements in meeting outcomes come from an eight-week internal study, rather than a customer trial.
