Withings puts automatic third-party syncing behind subscription for new accounts

Withings puts automatic third-party syncing behind subscription for new accounts Image: Primary
Withings now requires customers who create accounts on October 13, 2026 or later to subscribe to Withings+ for automatic data syncing to third-party apps, including Apple Health, MacRumors reported. The subscription costs $99.50 per year in the U.S. Accounts created on or before October 12 retain free automatic syncing. The requirement follows the account creation date, so existing customers can buy a new Withings scale or other device without losing free syncing.
