Tesla adds Grok voice access to email, calendars and multistep tasks

Tesla launched an expanded in-car Grok integration on September 22 that lets drivers use voice commands to work with connected email, calendars, files, chats and task lists. A separate Grok Bot capability can carry out multistep errands such as ordering food, booking a reservation or scheduling an appointment. The integration routes requests through connectors to outside accounts, allowing Grok to inspect information and act without users navigating those services on the car's display. Grok Bot is currently limited to SuperGrok Heavy subscribers, narrowing access to the more autonomous task-completion features.
